Elder started making the argument "If we lose, it's only because it's rigged" publicly in the days leading up to the election. Thankfully he has not continued that argument since the election. The bits of his concession speech I heard on the radio were actually gracious— though the booing and jeering in the background speak to a segment of the electorate convinced we're a banana republic.
