If you need to go, like for tax purposes, taking care of finances, house maintenance, etc., I say do it but be sure you're well masked on the flight. The flight's the main risk as this area remains below the national average infection rate and mask compliance remains high. OTOH if your visit is social then, as much as I'd enjoy seeing you while you're out here, I suggest you keep an eye on how the trend develops and make a go/no-go decision a few days before leaving.
