How is this different from all the leisure trips you've taken over the past year+? you might ask. What's different is my leisure trips have been focused on outdoors, not-crowded activities. When we've chosen to do things indoors it's been either a) among family and friends known to be vaccinated, b) small groups for short periods of time, c) with everyone wearing masks, and/or d) with us having the ability to choose to leave whenever the risk factors seem too high. And yes, regarding (d), we have "noped out" out of various situations.
