The main folks on the customer side in this project are in California, so there's no timezone challenge for me. We've penciled in 1-3pm each day for working sessions. Often we go longer. For example, yesterday we went 'til 4 and Monday we went 'til just after 6. Then there are all the followups I have to do afterward. That, combined with the fact I have days full of back-to-back meetings from 8am onward each day, is what's wearing me out.
