Ugh. This sounds utterly draining, and I'm sorry for it!
I've been the kid at a conference a very _very_ small number of times --in fact, I only really remember once, the time da took me to Germany for five days. I definitely shamelessly wandered the booths to get swag (mostly pens and pads of paper so I could draw), but I also put on nice clothes and ate fancy cheese and did my best to have reasonable conversations with da's friends and practiced my German with the locals. It was a lot of fun!
(Also I was sixteen, and as far as I recall, the _only_ kid at the conference. I genuinely don't have a good sense of whether I was annoying or not --I have always been pretty charming, but also lol, sixteen.)
