"Meat faucet", that's a good one. I prefer meat parade, though, because it acknowledges the work the smartly attired serving staff do, which is so key to rodizio style. I've been to other restaurants that are all-the-meat-you-can-choke down type places. When they bring the meat in bowls and just plunk them down on the table, that's more like a meat faucet. It's several notches lower on the elegance scale.
