Da Boss and I like Zona Rosa, on the Alameda near our rental condo. They do nachos with mole negro and (optionally) carnitas which we love. We elect the carnitas option, as we are quite happy to eat pork, which I know might be an issue for you guys.

Usually we get an order of it to-go, and both have it for dinner and then both have it for lunch the next day. And sometimes for a snack later that day. It's a lot of food.
