What's worse than when an idiot salesguy isn't listening and keeps hyping the product doing things it doesn't? Answer: when the customer says, "Great! We want to do a trial!" and the focus comes back on me to fulfill all the foolish promises the salesdweeb made. As of shortly after my original post that's exactly what happened. 😨🤬😖
