Blech car repairs. I dislike paying for car insurance even more, but only just. I think a BMW would be fun to drive, given how attractive and luxurious and well-designed they can be. Ultimately it would feel like dating an unreliable, flashy, hot guy who knows how to cook well but sometimes just doesn't show up with food. I drive a lot, far afield, to remote places with poor mobile phone reception, by myself. Not to be critical about your choice, of course. Different strokes and all that.
