WA's primary election day is next week, but the March primary is solely the presidential one (and therefore the only time the ballot envelope needs to be marked with a party preference, since all other primaries here are top two.) It used to be a caucus state.
WA is also 100% vote by mail, so I've already dropped off my ballot and had it counted.
