Not all of our cars have the turn signals on the same side of the wheel, so I probably wouldn't have that hard a time adapting to that detail.

I might have a hard time driving on the other side, though! Or merely getting into the correct side of the car, now that I think of it!

One time, back around Y2K, I went to London as part of a larger European trip. I visited a friend and her husband there, and we went out to dinner and drinks (quite a few drinks!) and had to take a cab back. The two of them were in the back, so I was in the front-left seat--the passenger's seat. It felt very strange being quite drunk and in what I was used to as the "driver's" seat with no steering wheel in front of me. The cabbie and I both laughed at that...
