There's also the "bug@me.not" thing that some people use.
A friend of mine has a vanity domain from way back in the early days of the Net (ducky.com) and several of the emails in that domain have been used as people's "don't bug me" fake addresses over the years. People she doesn't know, and who probably don't even realize that domain is real.
