The sleaze is still there. It's just not in the mega-casinos on the Strip. It's out on the streets, on the Strip itself. Over the past few years I've seen more of a cesspool of human tragedy than was there 25 years ago. Walk on a sidewalk between casinos and you'll see buskers, touts, and beggars, and the reek of urine and pot smoke will nauseate you.
