Yeah, "Panamax", I've heard that term before. It was so long ago I didn't associate it here.

It seemed like it may have been the first Panama Canal transit for at least some of the crew on the car transport ahead of us. While we were eagerly taking pictures from the bow of the ferry at the first lock, a few of the crew on the freighter were at the stern taking lots of pictures & video as the first lock raised the ships.
