It's a 1.0 mile walk to the station from our house. We could have walked. But Hawk banged up her knee with a fall a day earlier. With that in addition to all her ongoing problems she was worried that while she felt okay when we were leaving home Sunday at 10:15am she might be in bad shape by the time we got back. Indeed, with uncomfortable chairs and undisclosed allergens in the food at the place we picked for lunch, she was not in shape to walk when we returned.
