Hmm. I've seen their cheesy bread at Costco, too. I chose against trying it because I figured, "Enh, that's like a pizza with sauce or toppings." On your rec I might try it. Is it sweetened or heavily oiled compared to pizza? Do you think it would take well to me adding a few stripes of sauce on top, like real Detroit pizza?
