Date: 2022-05-01 07:54 am (UTC)Next year will get a bit painful again. Due to the COVID relief plan, I did collect unemployment for a few months last year. That allowed us to take advantage of a subsidized plan for a while, which is only costing us $800/month. When we are no longer qualified, we'll be back up to something like $2400/month. Hopefully it doesn't happen until next calendar year.
It's the best health care system in the world! For insurance companies, that is.
