Plan: Do Nothing: Succeeded

Saturday morning I quipped that we planned to do nothing this weekend. "Not nothing-nothing," I noted, "Just pretty much nothing. And that's what we did!
The weekend still felt somewhat busy. That's because we hung out with three sets of friends. The original plan was two, but then shortly after I posted another texted us and said, "Hey, it's been a while, do you want to meet for dinner tonight?" So lunch Saturday, dinner Saturday, and lunch Sunday were all with friends.
Why is hanging with friends "nothing"? It's absolutely not a criticism of friends. It's my enjoyment of low-key hanging out. We meet for lunch or dinner— everyone's got to eat anyway— and we keep it casual. We hang out for a bit afterward. Whenever anyone gets tired, or antsy, or feels like there's something else they need to do... that's when we end it. Good times!
