The political activism of Domino's founder/CEO was only beginning to reach public awareness when I was in college. It became an objection for some of us. Fortunately by then I was in a place with good alternatives so I could enjoy ordering in pizza without it being a moral quandary.

There was also a period in the late 00s when I ordered Papa John's pizza maybe twice a month. I liked the taste of their pie at the time, but it went downhill. I stopped ordering from them before PJ outed himself as a proud bigot.
