I've never had those particular symptoms as a result of fatigue. Even though T+32 hours is an odd time for side effects to appear, I do think they were related to the shingles vaccine jab. When I got the first of the two shot regimen months ago I had symptoms, too, and checked the documented side effects. Checking it again now (link at page linked to above) I see that chills are on the list.

And I felt back to normal by late morning Friday, thanks.
