You have my sympathies for the gloominess. My life is somewhat less weather dependent (my big two hobbies are both primarily indoors, dancing Scottish Country and ringing tower bells) but we've hit the part of the year where it's just been cold for way too long and I simply don't have any energy left to endure the endless cold.
