Tales & Trails of a Traveling Wiseguy

I remember the March gloomies from when I attended school in the snow belt years ago. It was like, "OMG, I've been trudging through snow, ice, and slush 7 days a week for 5 months! When's it going to end?!"

I also remember it from when I was traveling to NY/Boston a few times a month for my sales job. I remember having a epiphany moment standing on a train platform late at night in the cold and bitter wind, thinking, "I'm working here to pay the mortgage on a house where it was 70° today...."
