Loose gas cap seems like the default first thing everyone mentions, these days. Apparently that sensor malfunctions on the regular in every model that has it. It's the cheapest easiest thing to fix, so I guess I see why that's the first thing they suggest. Otoh, considering it could be something disastrous, that seems like a warning light that needs more precision.
