Cool story. I figured the way the emails are scattered across a 60-90 minute period on Tuesdays indicated the distribution tool is purposefully jittering the times. I imagine that also increases engagement, as people are more likely to read an email if it's not arriving in an obvious pile of spam. Except now that I've spotted the pattern, the obvious pile of spam is obvious.
