Tales & Trails of a Traveling Wiseguy

I've noticed a similar time phenomenon up in Portland--but in reverse, in the winter. The sky gets dark rather earlier than I'm used to, so it feels much later than it is. That isn't helped by the fact that winters up there are pretty much uniformly gray and completely overcast 24/7.
