Late response (three and a half months late!) but I do want to thank you for your kind words. I also want to acknowledge that it is about determination. It's easy when feeling sick to rationalize, "I feel sick so I won't do certain things." To some extent that's good, but past a certain point it can become a trap. Thus there are times when I purposefully push myself out of my comfort zone, forcing myself to "play through the pain" and do things that healthy-me would enjoy doing.
