Half Relaxing last Weekend

canyonwalkerYeesh, here it is Tuesday and I'm still writing about last weekend. Worse, I'm not even done! So yeah, it was a busy weekend. We went out for that epic day-trip to hike 4 waterfalls on Lewis Creek on Saturday. But after that we took it easy on Sunday. Well, part of Sunday. That was good because I was wrecked by 8pm Saturday— though the choice to get home before late-late at night paid dividends because I was able to get up at a reasonable hour Sunday morning without feeling wrecked. Part of the satisfaction of taking it easy is to be able to enjoy taking it easy. Like we did with a morning dip in the hot tub:
Before the hot tub, of course, I whittled down my blogging backlog with my first post about the day at Lewis Creek. The story would grow to five journal entries before it was finished.
After the hot tub we got dressed and went out to lunch. By then we'd already made plans to do away with the idea of taking it easy for the rest of the day. We'd go visit a few open houses for sale. Yes, the idea of moving came to us while sitting in the hot tub! That's turning out to be an expensive hot tub. 😅 I'll write about our experience touring open houses on Sunday afternoon in a subsequent blog.
