Off to OC for 24 Hours

I'm leaving this afternoon for a quick business trip to Orange County, California. I'm meeting with a customer in Irvine tomorrow morning. I'll fly home tomorrow afternoon... unless my sales colleague can schedule another meeting while I'm in town. We're still working on it!
Why fly down today? Comfort and ease. I could have done a same-day, "rubber band" trip like I did with visiting Phoenix several weeks ago, but that would have entailed getting up uncomfortably early in the morning. The customer meeting is early enough that I'd need to catch the 6:35am SNA flight to arrive with adequate time to spare in case of delays. That would mean getting up tomorrow no later than 4:30am. Thus I've chosen to travel tonight, stay at a relatively inexpensive hotel near the airport, and get up at a civilized hour tomorrow.
